Caregiving presents considerable challenges, physical, emotional, mental and economic. If you are one of the growing number of people who serve as a Caregiver for a loved one, a friend or any member of your family, you are probably finding it difficult to balance your life in meeting both their special needs along with finding time, resources and personal care for yourself.

This workshop focuses on “Caring for Me-Caring for You” and offers Caregivers tips and tools and resource information to help you become a Caregiver with new strength, vitality and renewed hope so that you can provide better care to your Care-recipient, while protecting your own health and well-being. Also included is a Relaxation, Guided, Healing Meditation and Chakra Clearing, along with Self-Healing Exercises.
