Thought Exchange Workshop with David Friedman

March 11, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT

St Michael’s

Join speaker David Friedman for this fascinating workshop based on his book “It’s All Inside”.

The Thought Exchange® is a workshop David developed and has been leading all across the United States for over five years. The book The Thought Exchange – Overcoming Our Resistance To Living A Sensational Life describes his method of working with the concept that the world is merely a mirror of our thoughts, and that by exchanging one thought for another we can actually see our world change right before our eyes.

Although this basic principle has become fairly common knowledge with books such as Conversations with GodThe Power of Positive Thinking, and most recently, The Secret, Thought Exchange work addresses critical aspects that all the other methods leave out:

  • The biggest obstacle to our staying with the new thoughts we take on, is that due to our early history, “positive” thoughts often generate “negative” sensations.
  • Teaches us how to work with the sensations that come up so you can stay with the new thought you’ve taken on.
  • A clear-cut method for using the world as a mirror to identify what you’re thinking so you can work within yourself to change it and thus change the outside world.

David first developed the concepts in this book while conducting most of the major Disney Animated Films, in addition to many years of studying metaphysics, psychotherapy and New Thought, his qualifications for doing this work come from his long career as a composer, record producer, conductor of Broadway shows and films, teacher and lecturer.

All this being said, The Thought Exchange has to be experienced to be appreciated. We invite you to read the book, try out its principle and see how they impact your own life and of course, participate in this workshop!!!
