Rev. Dr. Martha Creek five-week workshop series
“Letting Go: The Pathway to Surrender”
based on the teachings of David Hawkins, MD.
Sunday, March 28 – 1:00 to 2:30 pm;
then 4 sessions on Tuesday evenings, April 6, 13, 20, 27, from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
To be surrendered means to have no strong emotion about a thing: “It’s okay if it happens, and it’s okay if it doesn’t.” When we are free, there is a letting go of attachments. We can enjoy a thing, but we don’t need it for our happiness. There is a progressive diminishing of dependence on anything or anyone outside of ourselves. These principles are in accord with the basic teaching of the Buddha to avoid attachment to worldly phenomena, as well as the basic teaching of Jesus Christ to “be in the world but not of it.” To live aligned with Unity principles we must practice taking action in alignment with the principles of God Is, I am, I pray that way, I teach that way, and I live that way.
Don’t miss this opportunity to work with the incomparable Martha Creek. It will change your life!
Cost in advance: $100 early bird registration before March 19. After March 19, cost is $125. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to Register.
